These terms apply when you use gullycard.pages.dev (“GullyCard”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them.
What GullyCard is
GullyCard makes a personalised, fan-made cricket “player card” from a photo you choose, as image and video files for sharing and printing. It is for fun. It is not linked to any cricket team, league, board, player or video game.
Price and payment
Unlocking costs the price shown on the site before you pay (currently ₹49 for one player name, or ₹149 for a Playing XI of 11 names; one-time, including applicable taxes). One unlock covers one player name: every design, photo, role and stat, and the video, story and HD card for that name, on the browser you paid in (and on others via “Restore purchase”). While payments are not switched on, cards are free and the site says so. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See refunds & delivery.
Your photos and what you type
Only use photos of yourself or of people who are happy to be on a card, and don’t use photos you don’t have the right to use, including photos of professional cricketers or celebrities. Don’t make cards to mock, harass or impersonate anyone. You are responsible for what you put on a card.
The numbers on the card
You choose every stat. The overall rating is simply the rounded average of the six stats you chose. Cards are not a measure of anyone’s real ability.
Your use of the files
You may share, post and print the cards you make for personal, non-commercial use. The GullyCard designs remain ours.
Availability
We work to keep GullyCard running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change. Background removal and video export depend on your browser.
Liability
GullyCard is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll update this page if the terms change; the date above shows the latest version.
