Privacy

Short version: your photo never leaves your phone. The background removal, the card and the video are all made by your own browser. We have no accounts, no cookies and no third-party trackers.
What stays on your device
- Your photo, the cut-out, the player name, team, number and stats. They are used only to draw the card in your browser, and kept in your browser’s storage so a refresh doesn’t lose your work.
- A record of the names you’ve unlocked (and a Playing XI pass, if you bought one), so you don’t have to pay twice on the same phone.
You can clear all of it any time with Remove photo on the maker page, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
What reaches our server
- If you buy: a one-way fingerprint of the player’s name (a code that can’t be turned back into the name), the plan, the amount, the Razorpay order and payment IDs, and when it happened. We keep this so “Restore purchase” works and for our accounts and tax records. We never receive the name or the photo.
- Anonymous counts such as “a video was made today”. Only the event name and the day are stored. No ID, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.
- Abuse limits: to stop automated misuse we count requests per day using a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. These counters are deleted daily.
The background-removal model
We use Google’s open-source MediaPipe selfie segmenter. The model and its runtime are downloaded from our own site into your browser and run there. Nothing is sent to Google or anyone else.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your UPI, card or bank details go to Razorpay, never to us. Razorpay’s privacy policy applies to that step.
Hosting
GullyCard runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Your choices
To delete a purchase record, email dev@udbhav.uk with your payment ID. Deleting it means we can no longer restore that purchase for you.
Children
GullyCard collects no personal information from anyone. Purchases should be made by an adult or with a parent’s permission.
