Payment or download problem

Include the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (starts with pay_). Most problems are fixed instantly with Restore purchase on the maker page.

Background removal looks rough?

Try a photo with one person, facing the camera, in good light, against a plain background. Or switch off “Remove background” to use your photo in a frame.

Printing

Save the HD card and take it to any photo or ID-card shop. It is the shape of a standard trading card (63 × 88 mm, 2.5 × 3.5 inch).
